I will be offering a 5 week class, starting 5/21, Tuesday eves from 6-7pm at Laid Back Fitness in Warwick. We will additionally be talking about support around degeneration and prevention w/ the assistance of cellular nutrition, foam rolling, and stress alleviation.
The cost of the series will be $150 (which includes an individual 30 min preliminary assessment to get a handle on your body’s particular needs).
The purpose of this series is to decode what is possibly weak or unstable in your body, and to teach you how to use kettlebells as a training tool to know how to use your body best. Forever.

Well, when we start to explore w/ open eyes we are far more likely to stumble upon the truth, and at the very least something useful.
Your body is wise, and if it is kicking up a fuss, we can assume it’s for a reason. No encouragement for you to stay in that sour state, but perhaps checking out why it might exist may help you treat it differently and perhaps even (shudder) prevent it from happening again (:O!).
To giving yourself the benefit of the doubt, and looking for answers near where the problem lies.

Many of us suffer from over taxed tiny joints (thumbs, wrists, sometimes shoulders…), and believe it is an inevitability of life. Not so!
Yes these aspects of us are doing the detail work in our world, but they do NOT, nor should they be, the main movers in the equation.
So free up the small stuff and make the larger aspects of yourself sweat a bit. You will be generating more force in any given movement, and creating more comfort (and longevity!!) for the little guys.
