SO, I wished to give you assistance from as close as we can be.

Preventing Pregnancy Lower Back Pain

Hello Darling One!

If you or a loved one is pregnant and in an UNCOMFORTABLE way lower back wise – this exercise could prove useful.

The deal with pregnancy is that it is a BIG physical undertaking!

And the truth is the stronger and healthier the body is going in – and the more you aim to MAINTAIN that level of tone and ability the longer you will stave off discomfort.

And by the by, being well conditioned can also help majorly with DELIVERY – as that is QUITE a strenuous endeavor as well.

SO, with all that if you find yourself in discomfort (especially of the lower back variety) please remember that pain is generally a result of muscular weakness.

Meaning the solution is typically STRENGTH.

Here’s a lower back exercise modification for the ladies that can no longer lie on their belly’s, but are more than in need of extra support.

Fourth of July Tips

Hello Dear One!

HAPPY FOURTH OF JULY!!

Hoping you are so excited for this holiday and with that, I thought to share some tips in the 3 main categories where people struggle on a holiday such as this.

GETTING INJURED

EATING REGRETTABLE FOOD

DRINKING TOO MUCH

Here’s a robust video that speaks of some tactics to take if you wish to stay pain free (though still having some physical fun), not feeling overly full or full of shame for what was eaten, and what to consider when having alcohol at your fun events that might help you feel better during and the day after.

Fourth of July Tips

Here is the video I mentioned about how to Drink Less and Feel More (Bonus in Fat Burning Mastery) – PLEASE check this out.

And if you’d like to learn more about how Fat Burning works, this 5 day series might prove quite useful.

Oh, and if you’d like to read up on how to use your body in order to not get hurt with all the games, horsing around and antics that might be going on, please check out the ebook Power & Pain.

Oh!  And Carolee is in the office Friday of this holiday week!

If you’d like to receive an other worldly session of Reiki or Reflexology from her, please check her schedule out here.

Self Care Sermon

Hello Dear One!

Are you one of the many that has more than a handful of charges and responsibilities?

Or are you someone who takes advantage of ALL the myriad expectations and opportunities there are to do, experience, and enjoy?

One of these situations can seem more desirable than the other, but the truth is they BOTH can leave one feeling depleted.

Nourishing activities are not always done outside of giving, nor are they always something that is high energy and seems FUN.

The truth is YOU know what feels good.

And what doesn’t.

If you’re more focused there than not ALL will be good.

So if you need a moment, take it.

Or if you really need to turn something less than pleasant into an endeavor that thrills you INFINITELY more, PLEASE do.

And if you need a little more reinforcement for putting what feels good first, please check out this video on the matter.

Oh, and PS!

Carolee is going on her honeymoon this month, so will only be in the office Wednesday, June 26.  She will resume being in the office on Thursdays as of 7/1.

If you’d like to check out her limited schedule and offerings for June, please click here.

Kick Klever

Hello Dear Ones,

If you’re someone who enjoys dabbling in a variety of exercises, or tends to find themselves doing loads of leg lifting in some manner (kick boxing, pilates, running…) – this might be for you.

Often when we either overdo it on the kicking or leg raising front (OR simply do it in an unsupported fashion) – we HURT!

And we hurt in a way that makes not only kicking but loads of other movements and activities challenging.

If you’d like to glean a little more understanding as how to offset overusing tiny tendons that weren’t meant for what’s being asked of them, please check out this video on the matter.

How to kick and not get hurt

And if you have a need for a bit more direction in the realm of injury prevention or power creation, please check out this series of discounted coaching programs, or even the ebook Power & Pain for a similar purpose.

Oh!  And if you’ve been interested in seeing Ms. Carolee the accomplished Reiki Master and Reflexologist, but her schedule hasn’t quite matched with your schedule – she is wishing to know what days might work for you best.

If there’s interest in helping her serve more best, please check out her quick questionnaire and indicate which day might be most desirable in your world.

THANK YOU!!!

Working Out When Sick  (Should you do it?)

Hello Darling One!

Ok!  This great debate comes up OFTEN, but truth be told the end I typically hear does NOT involve additional evaluation and instead blind acceptance.

The fact is that NOTHING is really black and white, and so depending on a variety of circumstances something can be a great idea or NOT.

Please watch this short video to get a sense of WHAT you should do and WHEN.
