Preventing Pregnancy Lower Back Pain

Hello Darling One!

If you or a loved one is pregnant and in an UNCOMFORTABLE way lower back wise – this exercise could prove useful.

The deal with pregnancy is that it is a BIG physical undertaking!

And the truth is the stronger and healthier the body is going in – and the more you aim to MAINTAIN that level of tone and ability the longer you will stave off discomfort.

And by the by, being well conditioned can also help majorly with DELIVERY – as that is QUITE a strenuous endeavor as well.

SO, with all that if you find yourself in discomfort (especially of the lower back variety) please remember that pain is generally a result of muscular weakness.

Meaning the solution is typically STRENGTH.

Here’s a lower back exercise modification for the ladies that can no longer lie on their belly’s, but are more than in need of extra support.

Or one that indicated it needed strength by it feeling SORE and TIGHT all the time?

(If there is any confusion if a muscle is appropriate to be strengthened – please send me a direct message, or be in touch with your MD if concerned.)

Well if you’ve been unclear as to what is too much and what’s not enough the feeling of STRESS, but NOT PAIN is what will steer you correctly.

Working Out When Sick  (Should you do it?)

Hello Darling One!

Ok!  This great debate comes up OFTEN, but truth be told the end I typically hear does NOT involve additional evaluation and instead blind acceptance.

The fact is that NOTHING is really black and white, and so depending on a variety of circumstances something can be a great idea or NOT.

Please watch this short video to get a sense of WHAT you should do and WHEN.
