Do you ever – A) hurt yourself inadvertendly doing something trivial?
B) feel frustrated that you pull something when you do get yourself to the gym or an exercise class? Or,

Well dear ones, have no fear! The option of kettlebell training is here! If I haven’t clearly made myself the poster child for this sort of workout I have NOT been doing my job.
I will be offering a 5 week class, starting 5/21, Tuesday eves from 6-7pm at Laid Back Fitness in Warwick. We will additionally be talking about support around degeneration and prevention w/ the assistance of cellular nutrition, foam rolling, and stress alleviation.
The cost of the series will be $150 (which includes an individual 30 min preliminary assessment to get a handle on your body’s particular needs).
The purpose of this series is to decode what is possibly weak or unstable in your body, and to teach you how to use kettlebells as a training tool to know how to use your body best. Forever.
