Hello My Darlings.

What IS up?? Do you realize that the direction that you direct you body in (eyes, chest, and even abdominal muscles) will determine where it goes??

I had the awareness while at the airport last week, that I was using my abdominal muscles to steady myself at points of being off balance, or needing a little more oomph for any given movement.
