Well, if you’ve been missing this therapist’s touch, or are completely unaware of what her work can do please know that access has been granted on Tuesdays starting May 1st.

And a few words from Carolee herself about what life has been holding & her enthusiasm about being back in the treatment room:

“Hello everyone!

i hope this note finds you well.

Where to start!?…. As many of you have heard, life has been busy. Isn’t it always? Overall things are great. I have been enjoying life with my 2 kitties, yellow lab, and boyfriend Rory. We recently moved up to a mill space in Pawtucket. At work have been taking a tour of healthcare so to speak. .. between Neuro-surg Intensive Care, Medical ICU, and Emergency nursing I have had the opportunity to learn so many things. I have been lucky enough to provide reiki and reflexology to patients at end of life care, or struggling with invasive life support. I have also had the privilege to spend more time working on family.

But truth be told, I miss you all. I miss having one on one time to find that meditative space where healing happens. I have been studying life saving measures, but have also been able to tie the holistic approach and the study of biology together through studying immunology. My personal struggles with a flare up of an autoimmune disease (Celiac) have brought me full circle. The more research I do the more I am reminded of how important breath work and stress reduction programs are! I look forward to reconnecting!

How to not Blow It at Yoga

Check out how to protect your lower back & shoulders while still staying in the studio or continuing on with your private practice.

**additionally there is a LOT of emphasis to tuck one’s pelvis/tail in this activity.  IF you have a delicate lower back please do NOT do this as it will put more (not less) stress on it.  Advocate for yourself in this manner as it will more than likely be going against instruction.  Listen to yourself & do what feels right.

I’m coaching individuals more formally on the matters of pain, strength, weakness, preventing body breakdown, NOT FEELING OLD, sped up recovery, & weight loss.
