Many have voiced confusion and interest in how to best foam roll to create a major impact on the body.
Hopefully this video clarifies and cements the best (and first please!!) areas to seek out w/ that delightful foam roller of yours. Omitted on screen, but not in thought, is the ba(aaahhhhh)ck. Please view rolling that as a sweet treat to end your meal w/. It feels delicious, but will not provide NEARLY as much relief as attention spent initially (and primarily) on the front of your bod.
