Preventing Pregnancy Lower Back Pain

Hello Darling One!

If you or a loved one is pregnant and in an UNCOMFORTABLE way lower back wise – this exercise could prove useful.

The deal with pregnancy is that it is a BIG physical undertaking!

And the truth is the stronger and healthier the body is going in – and the more you aim to MAINTAIN that level of tone and ability the longer you will stave off discomfort.

And by the by, being well conditioned can also help majorly with DELIVERY – as that is QUITE a strenuous endeavor as well.

SO, with all that if you find yourself in discomfort (especially of the lower back variety) please remember that pain is generally a result of muscular weakness.

Meaning the solution is typically STRENGTH.

How Reflexology Helps with Stress

Hello Darling One!

Have you HEARD about reflexology, but have yet to experience it?

If you think it’s only a glorified foot rub, think again.

Not only can more of the body be accessed by known and specific spots called reflex points on the sole of the foot (or hand, or face), but the body can be both assessed AND attended to by those same points.

Because of how much of the body can be affected through these reflex points, reflexology can affect our physical health as well as our emotional health.

“Most clients have utilized reflexology as an adjunct therapy for reasons varying from anxiety, to plantar fasciitis, and even sinus or digestive issues.

The point of reflexology is not to treat or cure disease, but rather to help the nervous system kick back a notch, and let the body function without stress impeding it.

Many people that have trouble sleeping, or focusing find it a helpful mindful practice, and use it as a way to get back on track.”
